Japanese grammar
Hi,
I'm Y.Wonka a owner of this website.
It's my fast post.
I would like to explain about Japanese grammar.
Japanese grammer is opposite to English.
English grammar is
SVO
Subject-Verb-Object
Japanese grammar is
SOV
Subject-Object-verb
Example: in English
I went to a station.
in Japanese
to a station went I*
駅へ行きました(Eki e ikimashita)
駅(えき/eki)
Station
へ(e)
To
行く(いく/iku)
行くchange to 行き(iki) plus ました
Means "went"
No subject on above sentence...
In Japanese language It's able to skip Subject often when hearers knows Subject already by context. Example " went to a station."
Hearers are able to understand who went to a station by context.
I will explain about how to call yourself or other people in Japanese on other post:)
